faqCommon questions

My widget isn't updating. What can I do?

iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule, so brief delays are normal. If a widget seems stuck:

  • Open the app once — this triggers a refresh.
  • Check that Low Power Mode is off (it slows widget updates).
  • Remove the widget and add it again.
How do I connect my account for the usage widget?

Open the app, go to the Usage section, pick your provider, and sign in with that provider's official login. Your credentials are stored only in your device's keychain — see the privacy policy.

Note: usage tracking requires a subscription with the provider (for example a Claude or ChatGPT plan).

I'm not receiving alerts.
  • Check Settings → Notifications → Nomo is allowed.
  • Make sure the alert toggles are on inside the app's Alerts screen.
  • Focus modes and Do Not Disturb can silence notifications.
Which services does Nomo monitor?

Nomo currently monitors major AI providers such as Claude and OpenAI, and coverage keeps growing. Have a provider you'd like added? Email us — requests genuinely shape the roadmap.

Does Nomo work without signing in?

Yes. Live status, history, widgets, and outage alerts all work with no account at all. Signing in is only needed for the optional usage widget.

Which agents does Nomo Pro work with?

Claude Code and Codex today — Pro shows your live sessions in the Dynamic Island, paired to your computer with a QR code. See the roadmap for what's coming next.

How do subscriptions and billing work?

Nomo Pro is billed by Apple ($4.99/month or $34.99/year). You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings — and if anything looks off, email us and we'll sort it out.

Is my session data private?

Yes. Session data is end-to-end encrypted between your computer and your phone — our server relays it but can't read it. The details are in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Turn off alerts (this unregisters your device from our notification service) and delete the app (this removes keychain credentials). We hold nothing else — there's no account to close.

Still stuck?

Email us and a human will get back to you — usually within a couple of days. Including your iOS version and a screenshot helps a lot.

Found a bug or have a feature request? You can also open an issue on GitHub — the app is developed in the open, and issues are where the roadmap takes shape.
